EP Wealth Buys Atlanta RIA With $1.1B AUM

EP Wealth Advisors today announced that it has acquired CornerCap Investment Counsel LLC, an Atlanta-based firm with nearly $1.1 billion in assets under management.

It is the fourth acquisition this year and the 33rd overall for Torrance, Calif.-based EP Wealth since taking a minority investment from Wealth Partners Capital Group (WPCG) in July 2017.
