Booth & Company is owned and managed by Andrew Sclater-Booth.  As an independent investment banker, Andrew is deeply committed and engaged in each client mandate and manages and leads all firmwide transactions. As a small business, the firm is highly selective of client engagements and only selects those transactions with a high probability of success.

Andrew Sclater-Booth brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking.  Mr. Sclater-Booth has extensive experience in merger and acquisition advisory and capital raise transactions.

Andrew has worked at both bulge bracket and boutique investment  banks including the investment banking groups at JP Morgan (Global Syndicated Finance), Salomon Smith Barney, and Société Générale (M&A Group). Andrew is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and holds his FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Andrew grew up in New York City and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Andrew supports the New York Police Athletic League, the Central Park Conservancy, and organizations that promote multiculturalism. Andrew is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
