Sell-Side Advisory:

  • Understand the client's objectives

  • Organize a fully baked two step auction process

  • Prepare suitable buyers list inclusive of strategic and financial buyers 

  • Preliminary information requests to develop marketing materials (teaser & confidential information memorandum)

  • Manage indications of interest (IOI), letters of intent (LOI), and due diligence

  • Negotiate definitive documents with with potential buyer and assist in closing the transaction

Buy-Side Advisory:

  • Sourcing suitable acquisition targets based on client directive and objectives

  • Assist in areas including: valuation, approach, negotiation, funding and closing 

Booth & Company has developed a valuation product that is second to none.  A valuation analysis is prepared using market data, economic data, and valuation metrics inlcuding public comparables, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow analysis. Discount rates and projected periods are analyzed to help formalize a base case, downside case, and upside scenario.
