Sequoia Financial Group gets first Cali office with $406m RIA buy

Sequoia Financial Group has acquired Sterling Financial Group, marking its first standalone office in California. This acquisition strengthens Sequoia's presence in the state and adds approximately $406 million in assets under management. The deal includes key figures from Sterling Financial, such as owner Michael Hatch and principal Kody Brown, who are now equity owners in Sequoia.
