Cerity Partners Merges With VC Firm Touchdown

Cerity Partners, a New York City-based independent wealth management firm, today announced that it is merging with Touchdown Ventures, a provider of advisory services for corporate venture programs.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction, according to the announcement, is expected in the coming weeks, at which time “Touchdown will operate as Cerity Partners Ventures (CPV) and integrate into the firm alongside Cerity Partners' broader service offerings.”
