Beacon Pointe reveals 3 RIA buys netting nearly $1.1bn

The private equity-backed RIA has reeled in fellow RIAs Alderfer Bergen & Co., Moser Wealth Advisors, and Amore Ambro.

Beacon Pointe said on Tuesday morning that it has acquired Alderfer Bergen & Co., which is based in Warsaw, Ind., and manages about $650m. The $270m Bellevue, Wash.-based Moser Wealth Advisors and the $165m Jericho, N.Y.-based Amore Ambro have also joined Beacon Pointe.
